Purchase and Shipping Policy
We are 100% committed to your satisfaction.
- Free Shipping in the US.
- Payment has to be received in full prior to shipping.
- 3-Day 2nd thought period
- If within 3 days of having received your rug, you decide that you are not fully happy with it, we will accept you ship it back to us*. Once received, and after inspection of its condition**, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus the shipping and insurance costs we incurred to have it shipped to you. Refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- Past those 3 days, sale is final.
Additionally, all sales are final if:
- You had requested specific alterations to be made to the rug you purchased.
- The rug has been damaged while in your care.
- Order is returned to us because no one was at the location you provided as the delivery address. We will of course make our best to ship it again to you, but shipping and handling charges will be yours this time.
We are happy to ship overseas. Please know you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges in addition to any local duty and/or VAT charges.
